ID# [redacted] 12-15-2015 To whom it may concern, It was simply a mistaken identity. Two women called about their groupons. 1 women's had expired. The other had a month. I got the numbers confused and texted the wrong messages to the wrong people. [redacted] didn't give me a chance, she just got... furious and filed complaints with everyone. I can understand her anger, but it was just a simple mistake. I contacted Groupon and asked them to submit her a refund. I also called her to make sure she got her refund but I haven't gotten a response back from her. On the other hand Groupon has been awful. I will never do business with them again.
