I've used WW for the second time to replace a large living room window. Both times the work has been spectacular. Great installers, good product. One window in our family room was rotten. We requested Western Windows to do an estimate for replacement. Jeremy came and immediately gave us an estimation, on-site. He also explained the work involved and the warranty. As winter is coming and we hope to have the window replaced soon. He promised to have it done in three weeks. In fact, in two weeks, we received a call from the company, and the window was installed. We were very satisfied with the efficiency of this company.

We have wood frame windows and in 2 of the largest the seals were gone. We called 3 companies for quotes to replace them. Western Windows came and did an inspection and said that our wood framed windows were of good quality and in good shape. They suggested that we might consider replacing only the glass. This saved many thousands over full replacements. Western Windows was the only company that offered any other option to full replacement. We had 6 windows replaced with upgraded Low e Argon glazzings. The outcome is amazing. We could not be happier.
This company ROCKS, save your time and money with the big guys. I had quotes with all the big box stores. western was within two hundred dollars of all of them. So I did go with the Western because I dropped by their shop had a tour. And liked what I saw and heard. Less than two hours from start to finish. And they even cleaned up nicely!!! From the very first contact with Western Windows we have had excellent service! The receptionist gave us information about the choices we had relative to our needs and gave several options for Jeremy to come to our home to provide an estimate. Jeremy was very professional and on time. He is very well informed about the product, what might work best in replacing the existing windows and the timeline if we chose Western Windows - which we did! Jeremy answered all our questions, measured for the replacement windows and garden doors and gave us a tour off the facility where our windows/doors were to be made. Installation date came quick and the installation went very well. The crew ensured there was no mess remaining. A request for a follow-up service call to do a minor adjustment was promptly handled. We are so happy with our new windows and doors and would recommend Western Windows.

Today I had a wonderful experience having 8 new windows installed in my home. Last year I had another reputable company install 11 windows. Western windows did a better job and have better windows.
Their windows have casings (brick mould) on the outside which creates a finish without further work on the window by the installer on site. This speeds up their install time. The triple pane window itself is built so well you can hardly see the middle pane. Compared to the other ones we had put in which show glue and seams.
The salesman was not pushy and very informative.
Efficiency, speed, professional attitudes by the installers and clean up were all spot on.
It's always a pleasure to take time to give a great business a great review.
Customer service was exceptional and foremost in their thoughts from the time we walked thru the door until after the installation was completed. We were taken thru the assembly area to see a variety of products similar to what we wanted, just to make sure we were choosing the best window for our needs. The installers showed up on time and performed their work with speed and efficiency. They also noticed a hair trapped between the sealed panes of glass, and immediately said they would replace the glass. They returned the next day to remove the faulty piece and finish the installation completely. We are very happy with the price and quality of workmanship and the product.
Just had 3 doors and two windows installed by Western Windows. From the Consultant to the 3 hardworking installers, everything was perfect. The quality of materials and workmanship is appreciated and applauded. Thank you Western Windows for changing the look of my new home and improving it immensely.
