Review: I made (what I thought was) a one-time purchase for $39.95 on 01/**/2014. At the time without my knowledge. I was also automatically enrolled in a subscription service which charged me $69.95 monthly.During the entire time this subscription ran I never once received an email thanking for my payment, or alerting that a payment was made. Unfortunately, for my part. I also missed the ongoing charge on my credit card statement until after 7-months had passed.I contacted customer service and was told the best could do was a two-month-refund. This was despite my never-knowing they had enrolled me in the service in the first place. And my repeated request that they check my log-in records to verify my story.Desired Settlement: I would like a full-refund for this service (the remaining $349.75/5-months), simply because they automatically enrolled in their service without my knowledge. Which I did not know until this week.

Sincerely,
Review: I went online and looked at the website. I put in my bank card number for a 30 day free trial. I notified the company that I no longer was interested in the service. They charged my bank card on 3/*/15 in the amount of $69.95. They went in again and charged my bank card on 3/**/15 for $49.90. Then they went in and credited my bank card on 3/**/15 for the $49.90. However the initial $69.90 is still due me as they took the money out before my 30 day free trial was used and I had cancelled before the 30 days.Desired Settlement: I am a senior citizen who lives on a limited income from my disability. I would just like them to credit me back the $69.90 they took from my banking account. They can credit it back to my account or send me a check to my current address.
Review: I made purchase for $39.95 in **/2015 with this company and then was automatically enrolled in a subscription service which charged me $69.95 monthly plus a $2.10 International transaction fee for 2.10 for three months until I saw it on my banking statement. I had no idea I was going to be charged for a subscription nor did I recieve any payment confirmations. I contacted the number associated with the charges from my bank statement to and it was to a company called Ben's helpdesk even though the charges showed [redacted]. The representative canceled the subscription so I would not be charged anymore.Desired Settlement: I would like to ask for a full refund in the amount of 216.15 for the amount charged for the subscription service and the transaction fees. I would also like to ask that the Revdex.com look into the company sales process to ensure users are aware that they will be added to a subscription service as I did not see that.
