The customer ordered the product on 5/30 and didnt call to cancel her recurring order until 10/8 which is 4.5 months after receiving her initial shipment.. then was shipped product for 4 consecutive months. So if she wanted to cancel then why didnt she call in a lot sooner. So we shipped her 4...

months worth of products so as good faith we have refunded $214.60 for august and sept charges.
