To Whom It May Concern,On Sunday 9/24/2017, our technician Kim had an appointment with customer [redacted]. When we arrived, [redacted] was waiting inside. Kim didn't come to work that morning and didn't inform us. We tried to call her but she didn't answer. It wasn't till later that she called back...

saying she had an accident and had broken her tooth. Afterwards she talked with [redacted] over the phone. When they had finished talking we asked [redacted] if she wanted to wait for Kim or have someone else take care of her. She agreed to wait for Kim and we apologized for the inconvenience as it was a medical emergency. We offered her drinks and accommodated her while she waited. Kim later came in and took care of her. After her service was done Kim charged her bill and discounted her as well, but [redacted] claimed we had offered her service for free. Not once did we offer her free service. We only offer free service when accidents arise that were our fault but in this case it was an unforeseen circumstance. It was then she started yelling at us to which we tried to calm her down and apologize. But she continued yelling at us and even kept asking why we were yelling at her Not once did we raise our voice at her and there were witnesses (customers and employees) present to testify that.After all is said and done we apologize for letting the situation escalate the way it did. We had ameeting with all staff members to let them know if any situations arise please call and let the customer know before they show up for an appointment.
