Company took double co-pay payments entire time. They told me they owe me $170.00. In speaking with owner, she tried to change amount to $80'? I had 18 sessions per Healthcare partners times $20. They should have charged me $10 per session. I asked *** the owner for a statement, she promised to send, but nothing and no correspondence as of today. She said that they had three more sessions to bill Healthcare Partners for but they hit their max for billing'? This is my issue how'? Healthcare Partners knows of no such policy. I want my money back from this 'creative finances? company. I don't appreciate deceptive behavior. I paid on time for every therapy session. Please help. Thank you!!!
