Prior to engaging identified company, I checked their website and received three references. I accepted their Service Proposal on April 26, 2018 and paid a deposit of $800.00 balance upon completion.

On May 22, 2018 the owner dropped three crew @9am. He returned later in the morning and stated he was leaving the country for 12 days and his crew would look after the cleanup. He asked for final payment.

About noon, one crew *** went to pick up the pay cheques. He returned about 2 hours later and left shortly after leaving the other two working till 5:30p.m.

I was asked for phone so they could contact a nephew with a truck to pick them up and the equipment. Truck unavailable. They stated they would return May 23, 2018 to pick up equipment and asked if I could store it in my shed till then.

I did not hear from them again. During this time frame the screens that were replaced in the eavestrough kept popping out and flying out the lawn. I was able to contact the owner in the first week of June and informed him of happenings. I was greatly inconvenienced with storage of his equipment in shed and on patio for almost two weeks. He dropped off 2 crew members shortly after to replace the screens. A week later the screens had to be fitted in again.

During the summer I noticed water on basement floor around chimney area. I assumed it was from condensation from air conditioner hose. In early October, I again noticed water around chimney. The air conditioner was turned off by this time. I traced the leakage from ceiling alongside the chimney. I contacted owner. He came by next day and examined area around chimney on roof and found two areas that required attention. He drove to nearby*** to purchase sealant and repaired areas. A few days later, noticed leakage again.

I have been trying to contact owner since but keep getting messages "away from phone". Action has to be taken before spring thaw! Unfortunately, I dealt with a different crew than my three references.
