To whom it may concern,First off I'd like to apologize for the problems we had with the installation, it is definitely out of the norm for us to have a customer that is dissatisfied with our work or a job that was done improperlyMany, many fireplace dealers, contractors and homeowners like yourself all across the front range and Denver metro area refer us for good reason, and I believe our reputation and reviews speak for themselvesUp until this point we have never received a negative review with the Revdex.com and in fact we have had a "Gold Star Certification" standing with the Revdex.comI wish I would have known about your concerns sooner than later to avoid a negative review because, either way, I intend to resolve the issue and make sure your happy and satisfied customerWe stand behind are work and will always go the extra mile to do whats right!After reviewing all of the details of your installation, I have found that there were some things we definitely did not do right and some things we can improve onI believe the root cause behind most of these issues was do to an inexperienced installer being scheduled on this particular install without a supervisor being there to assistThis will not happen again and should not have happened in the first placeI think there could be some room for debate in a few of the area's you speak of however, my main concern is to make sure the install gets done, not only safe and professional but, also to rekindle our working relationship and hopefully gain your trust for future projects and referralsAs of 1-18-16, we have been in contact with the homeowner and have been cordially working out a solutionWe have ordered all new venting and parts needed to the installation per the request of the homeowner and we are scheduled to perform the work 1-22-The owner himself and the supervisor will both be onsite to make sure everything is done properly.Thank you!
