Charging a service call for a warranty item and labor cost are too extremehours for a min job I bought this heating unit from [redacted] heating and cooling and he retiredI had a fan motor go out and stated that he turned all his residential calls over to Coolray MechanicalI diagnosed the problem that the fan was badCalled Coolray ON 4/26/and told them the problemThat the fan was badService tech called and said he found that the motor was bad and it was under warranty and would cost for laborI questioned him on the amountHe stated a service call was dollars which is one hour of service.The labor would be added on to that.To a total of Then he stated that it would take an hour and forty five minutes to install itThe motor is on top of the unit very easy to installNo more than minutes.I already told them the motor was bad he could have brought the motor with him and installed within the hour service callI think this is bad busi
