Reid Photography

Review: As agreed upon in our signed contract, we should have received a wedding album valued at $800. We received a 10% discount from [redacted], costing us $720. We also agreed in our contract that we will receive a $250 album as a bonus to sign with the photographer. We have not seen this album either. My husband and I were married on May 5, 2012. We received our photos on a disk a few month after the wedding, and then 6 months later our proofs. We now are not receiving any email or phone call returns from [redacted] Photography, and the business has moved. We are unable to locate [redacted] / [redacted] Photography.Desired Settlement: The total amount owed to us is $970. We are requesting that we receive this feedback instead of the album, since the photographer has made no recent attempt to work with us on our album wedding photos, nor has returned any calls or emails.
