As far as Revdex.com Case# ***, I came and replaced the regulator at the home of Mrs***I later received a call
from Mrs*** that she smelt gasI went back to her home (free of charge) and performed a bubble testAt that time I did not detect a leak in the gas pipingHowever, I did informed Mrs*** to call Xcel Energy and have them come out and perform a gas leak testI then informed Mrs*** that if they detected a gas leak I would come out and repair the leak free of charge
It was Mrs***'s decision to call another heating contractorI also don't understand why Mrs*** is requesting a $refund when she was only charged $to repair the gas leak from the second contractor
Lastly, before I consider refunding Mrs***I feel that I deserve an apology for the multiple email slandering I received about my business
