Review: I bought a $150 gift certificate for my parents' birthdays at the place via a faxed credit card auth form. The card was charged 100 and 50 dollars at which point they told me they sent it to my parents at the address I gave, which is accurate. After 3 months, I asked my parents if they ever got it and they have not. I called RDG about getting a replacement certificate last week. I was told that the hostess would talk with the manager and owner about it. I received an email after talking with the manager and they could not do anything without the owner's approval. I called again later last week and they again said they would call me back regarding a resolution after talking with the manager or his daughter. They then didn't call me back and when I called back 3 days later (today 12/9/13), they again said they needed to talk to the owner, who was there this time. Their only and final offer was that they'd give 50% of the value since they can't prove whether or not the certificate was used, which both shows poor business practices and poor business ethics. It is not my responsibility to ensure they have a gift certificate system that makes sense for when they have issues like this. They also have not offered to let me talk to the owner or provided evidence the gift certificate was ever sent. All in all, terrible business practice.Desired Settlement: I wish to receive a full refund and a personal apology from the owner.

On 9/3I/13, customer called to purchase a gift certificate.
I sent the credit card authorization form to his e-mail address provided.
On 9/8I/13, customer returned the signed authorization form with an amount of $150 with
an address he desired me to send it to.
$100 and $50 was processed on 9/8/13 separately and the gift certificate was mailed out on
9/9/13.
Customer called the restaurant on 12/3/13 saying that he never received a gift certificate. We
could not re-issue the one that was already issued three months ago, but we offered him that we
can send another one for $75 or refund $75, he refused.
