1. I received a referral to this office last week, due to the holiday on Monday, I waited till yesterday, 1/20/15, to schedule. I literally waited 20 minutes before I could actually make an appt.

2. The first available appt. with a physician (vs a PA) was 3/30/15- that is over two months later!

3. I called my medical group and requested another referral, called today and received several options for tomorrow... Then I called this office to simply cancel the 3/30/15 appt.- this time, I waited literally 27 minutes before I was able to cancel!

Without ever having met any of the practioners, I cannot review their skills or professionalism; however, I think this business practice is not acceptable, and the owners need to know how their potential patients are received by their office staff. By the way, their was not even an apology for waiting nor for not being able to schedule sooner.
