Today is the first time I have recieved this Revdex.com complaint for this patient *** ***Both the Day Time and Evening phone numbers provided are the same numberI have attempted to reach the patient and had to leave voicemail message. At this time no response has been received from the
patientI have also, checked the billing system for Rehabilitation Institute by name as no other information was providedI can not locate a patient by the name of *** *** in our billing systemHopefully the patient returns my call and I can determine if she has an account with us for Rehabilitation or if her issue is with a physician bill , which we do not handle
