Rehab Plus Staffing Group

Review: Rehab Plus Staffing Group has recently changed its name from [redacted] Staffing. [redacted] Staffing (now known as Rehab Plus Staffing Group) was contracted by the United States Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM) as the central agency managing all respite care for all Exceptional Family Members or EFMP (dependents of military service members' who quality for specialty respite care). [redacted] Staffing recently lost its bid to continue providing services through IMCOM to military services member. Although the US Army has paid the company all outstanding funds, [redacted] Staffing (now Rehab Plus Staffing Group) has failed to pay and honor contractual arrangements with their subcontractors (in particular with [redacted] in [redacted], North Carolina, among others). I am the dependent of a military service member who benefits from the respite care services for our special needs son under the IMCOM EFMP program. I have attempted to contact [redacted] Staffing several times to request they close out their contract with the subcontracting agency ([redacted]) so that our home health care respite care provider might be paid for services rendered to our child. Instead [redacted] Staffing has evaded all calls, has lied that they have not been paid by IMCOM, and now recently (for fear of my filing a complaint with the Revdex.com) have changed their company's name. I am in the process of working with IMCOM to find out whether they might assist in forcing [redacted] Staffing to pay out all debts owed, however, I am also filling a complaint with the Revdex.com to alert other agencies about their dishonest and immoral practices.Desired Settlement: The desired outcome of my complaint is that [redacted] Staffing (now known as Rehab Plus Staffing Group, located at [redacted], [redacted], Maryland [redacted] and telephone number [redacted], Operations Manager responsible for the respite care program and payment of contracts through this company: **. [redacted]) pay all debts owed to subcontracting respite care agencies providing services to U.S. military service members' dependents. In particular, I would like to see immediate payment of amounts owing (which I understand is approximately $10,000) for respite care services provided for the months of April and May 2013 to [redacted] in [redacted], North Carolina. I expect the payment of this subcontractor ([redacted] and others) will allow subcontractors the ability to pay amounts owing to our respite care provider for services rendered to our special needs son.
