Regus

Regus, Washington,DC location at ***, Suite ***, over charges lessees by adding on unauthorized services to accounts like unlimited tea and coffee and does automated debit 3 weeks before bills are due. The original lease agreement did not specify a $30 monthly charge for unlimited tea/coffee would be automatically added to accounts for billing.
In addition, although I PRE-PAID for a lease starting November 1, 2019 in SEPTEMBER 2019, the key fab/keys were not delivered/in my person until November 8, 2019, a week later.
Regus then refused to credit my account 7 days for this clear inconvenience; repeated emails to Auston, the local/regional account manager went unanswered. Victoria, the office manager, replied but refused to credit my account; only stating that the key/key fab would be mailed to my Virginia PO Box.
I am regretting signing a year lease for this shared coworking office space.
