I am responding to the complaint filed by *** *** attached.This issue has since been resolvedPer the attached tracking information, her retainer was returned to her in full and received on 12/12/Nowhere in the contract does it state a timeline as to when this will be returned upon
vacating the officeAttempts to return this to her earlier were denied due to an error with the banking information that was provided in order to deposit this amount into her account thus we returned this via checkAt no time did we neither refuse nor were unwilling to return this deposit, there were just some unfortunate delays in the processing of this return.Please let me know if I can be of further assistance with this matter.Thank you,Jason A***Area Manager
