Review: I have received 3 letters stating I defaulted in a agreement so the agreement is terminated. It says this matter will be turned over to a coillection agency ane I will be responsible for collection costs, attorney fees and court costs. They will pursue all available legal abd equitable remedies, including litigation against me and otheres responsible for payment of amounnts owed under Agreement. I was to contact [redacted] at ###-###-####. When I called, [redacted] was not in and I was directec y her secretary to leave a voice mail, which I did. So far there have been three letters sent to my address. One with no return address, the one with the information outlined above and a registered letter at the post office which I cannot pick up until Monday. The envelope is addressed to [redacted] with my address. The name inside is my first and middle name [redacted], but no mention of my last name. I am lodging this complaint with the Revdex.com so it is on record that this is occurring. I have no way to know if this is a scam or a fraud to prey on older citizens. It has disrupted my family and has us very upset and anxiety ridden. I am a law abilding citizien. I have never heard of [redacted] or Regus Management. I expect quick resolution to this by having them find out who these communications are really for and leaving us alone.Desired Settlement: Since I have no idea what this matter is about or who either party is, I expect to have them contact me, explain the exact situation, admit there is a mistake and contact the right people who are involved and leave me alone and not threaten me with legalese again.I should not have to pay for legal representation or suffer any damage that may be done to my reputation, credit rating etc. With all the fraud, scams, identity theft etc. going on, my family and I certainly don't need this.
