Business was a personal referral
I went to them for service for about months They did one big job, a couple of oil changes and everything was fine
Then I had another big job, and they required that I put a deposit down in order to pay for the parts, and was reluctant in giving me a receipt
I let that go, then I had another job and the problem wasn't fixed after repairs were done, and after a couple of months of chasing them down and being put off, I discovered they were not being honest about the part being available that I needed
A refund was offered several times during this time, but I just wanted the car fixed
When I confronted them about the part being available locally, they got angry with me, wrote me a check for a refund and told me not to come back
