I am emailing in regards to ID *** this complaint was forwarded to higher up and immediately, contacted the complainant and reached out several times to dispute this manner and was offered to re-visit any location redo and or refund of
services / gift card , to help solve and retain the guest The client was unreachable and or denied the offer , Our company follows a refund/exchange policy , we hope that this isolated incident does not reflect on our professionalism and Care and Attention to our guests needs , and we would like for this matter not to be reflected on this location and this Wonderful company , please contact me as soon as possible to further handle this matter in hopes of resolving this incident. sincerely , ***: ***-***-*** cell ***-***-***
