I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and even though that is NOT how the situation played out I no longer wish to debate the issueI was never contacted by a general, or district manager and I have call records to prove thatI never refused to set up another appointment, I was never given that optionThis situation is no longer worth my time as I see the company is willing to lie,cheat and steal, instead of doing what's right.

Customer received full foil highlights to lighten and lessen orange tones present in hair. She called salon a stylist told her we would be happy to redo her highlights. She scheduled her an appointment @ 7:30 pm on 2/13/16 for a consultation for repair and was told if she only...
needed a toner we could do it then. However, at arrival stylist on duty felt a toner wouldn't work & she needed refoiled. Snce we close at 9 pm this was not enough time. She was asked to schedule a time to come in but refused. Original stylist called her to recommend waiting a few weeks before redo to let her hair rest & be in great shape before using more chemicals on her hair. On 2/16/16 a new salon manager started first day of work to be confronted with this situation. Customer told mgr on phone she just wanted her money back at this point manager agreed to refund cost of $80.00 to her mom's charge card. "She wanted more money than service cost and was told we cannot refund more money than was originally charged on a card. Manager called district leader who called customer back immediately and told her the same thing. Customer's mother came in shortly after conversations and was refunded $80.00 credit on her credit card. Refund receipt #[redacted]
