that A to Z performed, and realize thet A to Z did perform a lot of labor in regards to the concrete work, although it was not finished.  We would be willing to settle this complaint for  a return of $500 of the $1400 that was paid up front for the project. We agree that $400 was fair for the fence repair.  Of the other $1000  paid up front, we are willing to split the difference for the labor performed for the concrete work, and would be willing to settle for a return of $500.
