I have responded to [redacted] to let her know that we have not forgotten about her problems with the concrete. I also told her that I would take care of the problem with the standing water issue , if there was any issues after the winter. I still need to look at the cracks. We do not do a lot of...

work in the city, and I told her that we had a job to do within the next couple of weeks, and that I would meet up with her and resolve the problems.  It has always been a pleasure working with [redacted], and we will work this issue out.
