Our audit of the facts in this matter has determined that due to a data entry error, the area code for Mr***, our customer, should have been (780) but was entered as (480) - the area code for Ms***. Our Compliance Officer emailed Ms*** earlier explaining the
apparent error and apologized for the inconvenience and asked that if it was not too inconvenient for Ms***, that she provide additional information about some of the calls and emails that we might utilize when meeting with the personnel involved.
The incorrect telephone numbers have been changed in our system so no further calls should be made to or received by Ms*** from Great American
