Thank you for bringing this matter again to our attentionWe received this complaint and
immediately handled this internally by closing the file as a “cease and desist” and returned it to
our client
We reviewed the incident with the representatives involved and reminded them that our job is
to
assist both the consumer and our clientsWe do not foster nor tolerate any type of action
described in the complaintWe have put counseled and placed the representatives on “focused
monitoring” to help improve and maintain compliant and superior “customer service” skillsets
We trust this will satisfy Mr***’s complaintWe would also request Mr*** to forward the
documentation (dispute letter) so it can be attached to the file and forwarded to our clientThis
may help eliminate other agencies from pursuing the file because the client should be able to
“zero out the balance”
