Refuse to communicate with me and give formal business address for renting company - regarding my deposit -taking Landlord to court 12/8/21. Anyone would like to take action against them -reply

Reginella kept my security deposit. They never refund security deposits. I guess you have to go to BBB or sue them to ever get a deposit back. The building manager is always drunk and makes excuses for everything! Stay away from Reginella!

Review: Reginella Corporation will not refund me the security deposit of $699.00, owed me upon completion of my rental lease with the company. I rented an apartment from Reginella Corporation at [redacted] for 7 months. I left the apartment neat and clean when the lease expired on May 31, 2016. According to their lease the security deposit should have been refunded within 30 of the lease expiration date, (May 31, 2016). Twice I have requested the money due me by email to the company and twice by text message with the leasing agent Robert P[redacted]. I have not received the $699.00 as of yet, July 17, 2016. When I ask Robert P[redacted] for a direct phone number or name of a person I can talk with in a main office, he says there is no one I can contact. I do not get any replies to the emails I send to the company nor phone calls when I ask for them to contact me. So far, my only contact is the communication with Mr. P[redacted].Desired Settlement: Immediate refund of my $699.00 security deposit from the Reginella Corporation per their lease agreement/contract.

Review: I moved out of their apartment on April 13, 2013. It is now July 9, 2013 and I still haven't received my securtiy deposit back yet. I called multiple times and was told that it would be mailed out after June 1st. Still haven't received it yet.Desired Settlement: I just want my security deposit back.

Review: I rented a apartment from The Reginella Corporation and the apartment complex is called the [redacted] apartments and is located at [redacted] back in October 2013 and was told the apartment included a air conditioner. I come to find out that the air conditioner in the apartment won't even power on at all. I explained this to the maintenance personal and they told me they don't replace broken air conditioners. I tried contacting the property manager [redacted] multiple times and he never picks up his phone or returns the multiple voicemails I have left him. I just sent out a letter to the Reginella Corporation but I doubt I will even get a response from them because other people who reside here did the same but never received a response.Desired Settlement: I would like a replacement air conditioner as they advertise that it comes with one and I even looked on different websites they advertise on and some of the websites even say it includes central air conditioning which is totally false.
