Regency Volkswagen

Buyers Beware! I have had numerous issues since purchasing my 2014 Jetta TDI. I have reported the issues to the dealer as well as Volkswagen Canada. Both parties have done nothing to resolve my concerns and continue to say that the problems we are experiencing (ie shaking and lurching while driving, strong odors coming from interior/exterior, display/nav system problems etc) are all normal for this make and model of vehicle. The service staff have damaged my vehicle while they had it in during my last visit to update the EMC software and they told me I would have to pay to service my AC as there is likely bacteria building up and causing the smell. I've been told repeatedly by Regency Volkswagen and Volkswagen Canada that someone would be in touch to address my concerns within 24-48 hours and no one ever calls. When I call back they say they will leave a message/note on my file or they will submit the required information to Volkswagen Canada but never do.
