frustrating it must have been when the cashier did not alert you that you would not receive the discount due to the lack of IDs.   In regards to the concession purchase-I am sorry that you did not receive your refund on your items. I have escalated your concern about the management of the location to the General Manager. Here at Regency Theatres, we take pride in ensuring our customer’s satisfaction. I do want you to know that we have spo[redacted] to the manager you spoke with on the day of your visit. Please understand he was following what he thought the policy was, not understanding that an exception to the rule should have been extended in your case. Our managers are trained to assist all of our guests the best way possible. Unfortunately, we did not meet your- or our own- expectation.     Because of this mishap, I would love to send you 4 free movie passes, to please give us another try.   Again, I truly appreciate you taking the time to reach out to us and provide us your feedback.
