My complaint is against *** *** who is a realtor at *** *** real Estate TeamI was due to close on a home and my lenders and the sellers were ready to close early, and he took it upon himself without consulting me before contacting my lender to not expedite the closing processMy issue with him is the conflict of interest because he was representing myself and both the sellerHis interest was more involved around the seller as oppose to my interestI put up all the money and paid for the inspections, appraisal, and I put up the earnest moneyThis sale was based upon if the seller could get into a home that they are having built which is extremely unfair to meI've been staying a hotel for over a month and we originally had a closing date of nov and we could closed two weeks prior and the family could've closed and move out but *** took it upon himself to intervene and advise them against thatI think that he had no right to do this if he is suppose to be trying to h
