Mr [redacted] doe not communicate in a timely manner as to when he will be back to complete repairs inside my house Mr [redacted] was hired to repair my house after the tornadoes hit on December 26, It took him weeks to get us back into the house with the roof replaced and the drywall for the ceilings done However, there is still inside work to be done I have texted him, emailed him, called him, messaged him on facebook and no response The issue is not the time it is taking to finish the repairs it is the lack of communication It takes him too long to respond to me and my neighbor He will say next week then or more weeks pass and we try to reach him but he does not respond We have been home for weeks now and my house is still in disarray due to not being able to re stock my kitchen or put my daughters things back in her bedroom due to paining still needing to be done He did tell me he is helping other families get out of hotels, I am all for that but abo
Regency installed new roof for me in early August The roof started leaking a year laterI can't reach them to let them fix the problem I hired Regency Superior Construction LLC to install new roof and gutter for me in early August The job was done in two daysRegency promises five years warranty for their workLast year, we experienced a lot of heavy storms here in north Texas and in November 2015, I noticed my new roof start leakingWater came through and damaged my dry wall around the fire placeI called Regency many many times since then try to let them send a technician to fix the leaking areaHowever, their phone has never been answeredI left a lot of voice messages and hoped they will call me backNever got luckThere is no way I can reach themThat's is the worst customer service I have ever experienced
Roofer did not install new gutters as agreed uponUnable to reach as all phone numbers not accepting callsDid not complete contract
Mentioned that I was not in a hurry for the gutters and they could install when convenientIt has been over months and unable to reach RegencyThey do not have working numbers accepting callsWondering if they are out of businessMy neighbor refused to hand over a check until their gutters were doneI trusted them and they did not complete the job
Regency replaced my roof last August(XXXX)A few weeks later noticed my newly wood floors started bucklingCalled the installer anda restorstion company.Floor installer said moistureCalled the Regency, had a few discussions.He went to the roof and realised two hole on either side of the domeHe said he fixed it the holes left by the roofersTalked about how my floors will be replaced, said he would bring in an expert.Had not seen him since, sent two certified letters to the address given at the time, text messages and voice messages, no reply
