I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me based on the following contingencies:1) When the sealcoating is done for free in the Spring of 2016, the seal coating will be brushed on, NOT sprayed. 2) That I receive some form of proof that he will stand by his word and do the sealcoating for free in the Spring of 2016. I also suggest that the business change the coupon on their website that still states Hand Brushed, Not Sprayed. I have attached the coupon that I just printed form their website

does it state "handbrushed" sealcoatingIt states “we will professionally apply Along with the contract he handed estimator a coupon, which comes from the *** *** (which is mailed out every month and half)On that coupon that he handed the estimator, there is NO wording that states “handbrushed: Mr.*** may have found an OLD advertisement coupon that states handbrushed but that is not the one he presented to the estimator.My employees went out to sealcoat Mr.***'s driveway on Aug2, Our employees make judgement calls on how to apply sealcoating if it is not marked on the proposal that the customer requested handbrushing or sprayingThat day Mr.*** was home and handed payment over to employee without complaint to the job done.We recieve an emial, on Aug11, 2015, from him stating that he is not happy with the job that was doneSo in good faith we offered to sealcoat his driveway for half price the next time it needs sealcoatingHis response is that he should be reimbursed his full amount for misrepresentation of how we were applying the sealcoatingWe responded that there is no misrepresentation because the contract he signed and the he handed us DO NOT STATE "handbrushing" of sealcoating.In good faith we will offer to resealcoat driveway at no charge in Spring.Regards, Thomas Kunsman PresidentWmKunsman & Son
