This is a sub-contractor that we did business with, not a customer and is just providing hearsay. But to address the complaint, we do have our subcontractors read and sign a document agreeing to our payment terms, which [redacted] from [redacted] did agree to. Although what is confusing about this...

claim is that we have paid this subcontractor on all of the invoices except for two. One where we were being charged for work that was not preformed and the other that has been sent to legal. And although they agreed to our payment terms we have given them partial payment on the job that is now being dealt with by our lawyer. And in the complaint it states that we have checks for them, so it shows that the claim of no payment is not valid.  As for the lien releases I assume their talking about our full and partial wavers. The partial is a form that the subcontractors sign that just states that they have been paid however much to that point. And the full waiver is only completed when we have paid their invoices in full and states that any liens are released by the subcontractor or their rights to lien the property have been waived. We have been in contact with the sub-contractor throughout this whole process.
