This company tries to promote itself as fine business establishment If they were - they would not use bogus letters sent via the US Mail (which is mail fraud - I have an open case) to people trying to scam them out of money Why on earth would a company send thousands of letters out to people who have never purchased or used a time share and ask them to call them to "permanently eliminate" their future timeshare fees They are "fishing" trying to get the un-suspecting older person who is not in tune with scams to give them money If they were an upstanding company they would not send our fraudulent letters - they would act appropriately And shame on the Americans that work for them! One in particular that I spoke to - ***, if that is your real name
I have attached a copy of the letter I received and who I spoke with
I live in Michigan and on Dec23, 2015, I received an official looking letter from Regency Communications, referencing "my" account number and informing me that I had to call in order to permanently eliminate Timeshare Maintenance Fees I wish someone would put outfits like this permanently out of business Their sole purpose is to SCAM naive people out of their money - isn't this fraudulent use of the US Postal system??
The phone number they used is XXX-XXX-XXXX so if that pops up on your phone -Do NOT Pick UP!!
This company called my home repeatedly throughout the day, even though I'm on the national "do not call" list.
When I finally picked up the phone I had the "pleasure"of speaking with a rude smart [redacted] named [redacted]. About five minutes after telling him I was not interested and not to call the house again I received yet another call from this company. It was not [redacted] but instead another smart [redacted]. If they call my house again I will report them to the FCC and the state of Florida!
