These people are vile sleezy lying slumlords who lie and steal your money. they don't care about their residents at all. They are ripping us off. They don't listen, they play stupid, and get passive aggressive like I don't know my rights. These people are goddamn stupid unprofessional losers. Slime sucking monstrous leeches on society. This st makes me want to take my money OUT of PORTLAND and put it somewhere I don't have to deal with these putrid monkeys.

There were hot water plumbing repairs that were necessary in the apartment to reduce the bill but parts had to be ordered. All repairs were made when the parts arrived and we have resolved the power bill issue with the resident. His bill is back down to its normal amount and both parties are content as of today. Review: Reoccurring bed bugs, they treated once but never followed up with recheck so they come back. The bed bugs originated from the apartment above me that had a level 5 which they treated it twice running them down to my apartment.I have been out of the apartment for a month because of the bed bugs causing me and my two children to have multiple bites and sleep in the floor because my mattresses were infested and had to be disposed of.Desired Settlement: They need to treat the apartment with my belongings inside so I can move them to my new home with no further expense to me and not on my credit. They also need to replace my mattresses.
