Thieves! A call was placed for a local locksmith to unlock a Biltmore condominium The services stated they were minutes to arrival, no price would be quoted or hourly wage would be given Over an hour later a tech arrives A receipt for services was filled out before the tech looked at the job to be done Charge for service = $ A call was placed to office and manager did not want to talk about fees Stating it was all about different locks After a few minutes the service person opened door Although the tech was professional....the service is a complete scam OUTRAGEOUS! Do Not Use and warn your HOA to put them on the "do not use" list
This company came out and charged us dollars for opening the carThe service fee for an unlock is dollars on their websiteWhen I called the tech he said he was not going to fix this problemWe called the office and still did not get any helpThis is ridiculous to charge this much for a unlockThe man in the office spoke to my wife and told her that she was being a racist because she asked why they charged so much for an unlockSo beware this company is shady
