This has been one of the worst real estate companies I have ever dealt with. The management is unprofessional and unreliable. There are certain things on the leasing agreement that was not done on their end. They never replace the air filter or fumigated the apartment every month as stated on the lease. The elevator is always breaking down. The list can go on and on. I would never recommend someone to stay at Shorecrest Manor Apartment in Miami, FL.

I would not recommend this business for property management. Although the employees are generally nice people, they offer a poor rental experience.

MOVING IN: Several hours of sitting in an office going through misunderstandings before I was able to get authorization and pay the application fee; then spent weeks calling, trying to sign a lease via email or in person. I stopped responding to the question "Do you want to leave your name and number?"

MAINTENANCE: Arranging maintenance calls was never, ever reliable Had an older, too-warm fridge (which is an unlivable situation) and spent weeks fighting over it.

RESPONSE: Mostly nonexistent. Constantly leaving my info with no call back, no other manager could help with the problem, etc. Tried to use the emergency after-hours voicemail twice, with no response. Wasn't initially provided a key to one of the doors, which was the only outlet to ventilating the kitchen. That key didn't even end up working.
