Review: [redacted] is an accountant that I hired to do my taxes in 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014. I run a small LLC and recently I was informed by my lawyer that she incorrectly filed my LLC taxes for 2011 and 2013 and because of this, my LLC is suspended. She claimed that she sent the 568 tax form (the LLC tax form that is sent to the Secretary of State with a fee of $800) to me in 2011 to send in, (although there is no evidence of this) and in 2013 she thought that I was exempt so she didn't file the form at all (without me knowing). I spoke with her in April about fixing the 568 forms that she didn't file and she said she would after April **. On May **, she texted me after I had called and texted her numerous times over many days with no response and she said that she was working on the 2013 paperwork and would be done soon. Since then, I have been calling and texting her and she has not responded to me in 16 days and as far as I know, she has not done the filings.Desired Settlement: I desire the following resolution: -LLC to be reinstated-Any fines associated with the incorrect filing of my taxes should be paid by the accountant who filed them, [redacted]-An investigation into the matters laid out in the "complaint description" and the general accounting practices of [redacted] and Regalis Consulting, Inc.
