To Whom It May Concern; I am writing this letter in response to the letter I received from the Revdex.com dated September 23, The customer was *** L***, *** *** DrHemet, Ca ***Mrs***'s issues were advertising issues and I have since fixed those issues on my price
board. I was sorry to see Mrs*** complained„ especially since she has been a customer for many years and knows my family but I understand her concerns and I have sent her the $by mail on Friday, September 23, 2016. We too have taken the time to enhance our cleaning schedule that she complained about but I will say that we have been here for years and no one has ever complained about this issueThat being said, we take our customers concerns seriously and we have taken steps to improve. I hope this matter is considered resolved and if we could please receive a letter stating that you have received our response, I would appreciate it. Thank You *** ** Owner / Regal Nails Salon & Spa
