Worst medical group I have ever been in
1st of all there's probably not enough room to share with you do what regal medical has been doing to me for the last year yes yes I said they have been screwing me around for the last year. I have an open wound on my rear buttock and it has been infected multiple times. I just can't seem to get a doctor you got that right II can't get a doctor out of legal medical group in a year. They did send me one doctor it took him a month to get there and when he got there he only showed up half the time. It worked out Mr. Doctor was actually a retired gang member. He acted like one too. I have been switched through At least 6 or more case managers managers in the last year each one getting progressively worse. I have been seeing a nurse at my house for the last year she comes everydayShe is the only thing good that I have received from Is regal medical group in a year. I have been changed progressively progressively to 3 or 4 different hot different hospitals for plastic surgery and I have never even even got to the point I could go there to be seen. They just keep falling through. Keck institute,Loma Linda University medical center, If some other place they were going to send me and me and now it's UC airline. This medical group does not even have a wound care doctor To send me toThis medical group is a joke. Now these mns are sending me to a Vascular Surgeon In Glendora. I have no idea what this is about II have seen in a general surgeon who is also a vascular surgeonWho doesn't want to see me again until I go to plastic surgery if sexually that's what they said needs to be done 8 months ago Or longer. The only doctor who I occasionally see is is an infectious disease doctor I met in the hospital while trying to get rid of the infection these these people gave me from waiting so long. It seems she has been tagged by them with me and personally and personally I don't believe it's it's her responsibility and they're sending me to the wrong doctor. I just recently told them and I mean every word I say that I'm going to Sue them very quickly afterwards after waiting for a year. I have extreme pain in the area I have to sit in that area they tell me not to sit on it but what else am I supposed to do I only have 4 choices stand. Lay down. Sit Or fly and I don't fly very well. I am making kind of a joke about this this but believe me it's not funny at all. I told them if I didn't have a doctor within a week they will have a lawyer very quicklyAnd even if they get me a doctor they may still get the lawyer anyway this amount of time was completely ridiculous and the way that I was discriminated against And neglected They better hope there's no problem in those bones back there that hurt so bad because they can't get me a g*** doctor or to help me. I can very easily get me a lawyer to help meWhen I am readyAnd that's coming very soon.

To anybody considering getting into this group go get your head examined instead. Look at all the one star ratings, Look at the Better Business Bureau rating and you will find this is just like walking down the sidewalk and stepping in a pile of you know what and now it's all over your shoe. You're gonna have to stand stand next to the curb and scrape it off into the street but but you will still smell smell like poop when it's done. I was told regal was pretty good pretty good you know oh as long as I wasn't sick regal regal was OK. Don't ever have this c*** if have this c*** insurance and have something happen to you because because you can very possibly die. I can very easily die from what's going on with meBut regal medical group does not care about their patience oh did I say patients they don't have patience all they have is accounts it is accounts I am just a number for or for them to make their bottom line.

Listen up you bunch of mns I'm gonna take some of your bottom line away from you no as much of it as I canAnd when I'm done you can pay the tax on it as well if there is any. A lawsuitLike this taken to a jury, That jury doesn't like you anyway do anyway to begin with. Once they see your ratings once they hear what you've done to me Well a good lawyer and I have one will rip you to absolute shreds. You have to have a good litigator though and I do.

To anybody considering getting into regal medical group The largest discredit to United healthcare there ever was. Do yourself a favorAnd go to blue cross or blue shield yield and stay away from Regal medical groupIn San BernardinoIn fact I would stay away from all of them because from what I'm seeingOne is just as bad add as the other.

I believe that I will be able to change engine insurance in October or November but but I spoke to medicare the other day yesterday and filed a complaint with them on regal medical group the medical group for what they've done to me. Just another step towards the courtroom Since I can't be seen in a hospital I'll see you in f* court. Next I have to file another complaint with UCI From there I just call my lawyer

I feel like I'm being sent to a chop shop
I have a doctor and hospital that specialize in patients with renal failure that Regal said was our of network. They wanted to sent me from San Diego to Murrieta to a hospital and doctor that I am not familiar with to have my gangrenous leg amputated. I have decided to go with plain Medicare to stay with the doctor and hospital that are in San Diego. I can't believe Regal doesn't have hospital or doctor that is in network within the entre county of San Diego that can care for me without me feeling as if they are sending me to s chop shop.

Review: I received a bill for a patient that had been seen at the simi hospital. I called and explained that I did not know this person and didn't understand why I was being charged. They told me they would remove it and bill the correct person. A month later I received a letter where it was now in claims!! I called again and the lady told me it was tbuer mistake in billing me. They then said the would contact the claims company and have it closed. A month later I received another notice from claims. I called and had it "resolved" with promises that it wouldn't show on my credit report. It had been a month and guess what showed up on my credit report today? They still have not closed this report in claims and now it is affecting my credit. I'm pretty sure it's illegal to charge me and take me to claims for a complete stranger's bill.Desired Settlement: I would like to see this whole thing closed and all traced of this horrible experience removed from my credit report. I would like in writing that it was an error on their behalf and proof of them removing it from my credit history.
