Follow up response: [redacted] We are trying to resolve the complaint with a police investigation which [redacted] requestedWe are fully co-operating with the investigation and have made ourselves available on two occasions to date for which the officer has cancelledAt this time my initial response remains the sameI stand by my employees that they did not remove any items from the propertyAfter a discussion with the investigating officer on Friday 8/it appears that no contact can be made with the owners of the property for 3-months to find out if they had requested the removal of items from the home or any other person that may hold a key to the propertyOn my return from England I did not contact [redacted] as she had informed me she was away on vacation until around the 23rd AugustI plan to call her today 8/I look forward to this matter being resolved

I am rejecting this response because:Regal maids has no integrity from owner to employees.I have never expressed interests to have the two cleaning ladies to clean my own home.The own Joanne indicated a few time that she will call me and she never did. First she said she will contact me on 8/10/when she is back to the US in our phone conversation on 8/7."I plan to call her today 8/17." in her 8/17/response.There was no phone calls from her.
