These issues have been resolved to the customers satisfaction and she has signed off on the completed work

We were made aware of the customers complaint and have agreed to fix it We have not been able to schedule a time yet to get to work performed We are currently scheduled out over a month and the times we have looked at trying to get it accomplished there has been rain in the forecast
and since it is an exterior project we could not complete I will be contacting the customer to schedule at our earliest possible opportunity

I am rejecting this response because:i was contacted by a representative of the business prior to submission of the complaint *** called and scheduled to correct the issue with the paint job on my garage doors (and he acknowledged that there was an issue with the job) He failed to show up or call as indicated and I have never been contacted again nor has there been an issue with rain in the area at the time *** contacted me or to date There has been NO attempt to schedule any work to address the poor quality of the paint job on my garage doors A month to correct a job that may only require a couple of hours to fix is unacceptable to me
