Thank you Regal Construction for everything for beautiful remodeled living room. I wanted something special and this contractor provided me exactly what I requested. I will definitely use this company in near future!
I can't even say how professional, amazing and good Regal Construction & Remodeling is. The project manager and his crew were attentive through the entire process and finished the work quickly. They stayed on budget and didn't come up with price like some other contractors I worked with. I paid exactly what I expected and I am very satisfied with result, my kitchen is awesome. Thank you Regal Construction and I look forward working with you again
I was very satisfied with previous contractor who remodeled my bathroom but he wasn't available soon and I needed to remodel my other bathroom so I started too search another good contractor. My neighbor shoved me his remodeled bathroom and it was amazing so I asked for contact of contractor who did that. I called Regal Construction & Remodeling, they were available to start work in quick time, the price was acceptable and I hired them. The project lasted 4 weeks, which was within a promised time, They did a very good job, the quality of finished product was at highest level and it looks beautiful. I can't ask for more. Great contractor, I will recommend and use their service again!!!
Thank you Regal Construction & Remodeling, you did such a great job on my bathroom remodel. I was very lucky that my friend recommend ed me this contractor because today is very difficult to find good contractor. They were very honest about everything, from scheduled time to the price. Everything was like they said it will be. I will use this company again for sure!!
One of the best contractors I worked with, and I worked with lot of them. They are very well organized, honest and professional. They remodeled my 2 bedrooms and they did excellent work. Thanks!
The tile floor underlayment installed in our second story master bath is failing. I've talked to two licensed tile contractors who are also members of the national tile contractors association. They tell me the floor should have been installed with an uncoupling membrane.
I argued with their installer asking him to use an uncoupling membrane in the beginning because I didn't want the floor to be nearly 2" thick, he said it would make the floor to thin and they'd crack, promising that if we did it his way we'd NEVER have to worry about it. Now the grout is cracking in floor center (I've never seen that) of the closet you can hear cracking under the tile at the entrance to the bath and outside the closet.
We also have a problem with the floor in another room since one of the workers said he had
to fix the joist in the water closet area because something was wrong with it. The medicine cabinets they installed need insulation behind them, in summer creams melt because of the heat/winter causes high humidity on the mirror. The shower drain pipes were installed off register you can't attach the drain cover.

Repair We'd like to have the crew to remove the floor so it can be done correctly, unfortunately that will require removing almost everything from the room. The medicine cabinets; one to be removed to see if there is insulation behind, then insulation added if needed. Thank you
This issue was resolved in 2019.
I thank you for your time.
