Regal Auto Wash failed to deliver services after payment and failed to correct the issue when brought yo their attention .On 3-1-14 at 2.39 pm I brought my vehicle in to be washed. Employee [redacted] name " [redacted] as indicated on my receipt directed me into the Carwash . When I got to my next stop I noticed that the tires had no gloss "that I paid for" applied. I use this Carwash on a regular basis and some of the other 52 trucks at our work. After noticing that no gloss was applied by the automated system I returned to correct the issue . When I told the same employee about it he said nothing could be done . I showed him the tires and said no gloss was applied and the indicator the system never showed it was being applied . Desired SettlementWas never offered a refund , was never offered to correct the problem with a hand coat of gloss application . I was told that I cannot be made to return , after I asked if they wanted my repeat business . Basically [redacted] employee didn't care. And the employee was busy eating lunch in front of me the whole time.Business Response We have contacted Mr. [redacted] by email in an attempt to resolve this issue and are awaiting a response from him.

March 13,2013, I went to Regal to have my car washed and interior vacuumed. I asked the attendant how long it would take and he said about 30 min. I went through the exterior wash and when I arrived at the end I saw the stalls ahead for the interior clean. I waited 30 minutes and the cars in the stalls were still there and two in front of me had not been touchedI asked to have the interior portion of the wash refunded and I was told that they do not refund washes.Desired Settlement$12.50 refundBusiness Response Customer is being issued a refund for $12.50.
