On November 29th at 12:14 pm I made an online purchase of 4 items from Refuse the Brand. In total, these items costed me $138.39. A few days later, I am notified that my items are on the way, but then only two out of four items arrived in my package. I went to do some research as to why I only received half my package. I see online that the policy is to allow one to two weeks for production, then another 3-5 days for shipping, so this explained why I only had some items. As a couple weeks pass by, I decide to email Refuse the Brand just to make sure my order hasn't been forgotten about because the tracking info for my items still says "we are currently preparing these items for shipment". BUT the website has been saying this since the day I purchased them, November 29th! The only response I get from my emails to the business complaining about this issue is "these items ship separately". I tried being patient and understanding, but as a paying customer I would expect at least some explanation as to why it's been over a month and I have not received what I payed for.

Delivery I still would just like to receive what I payed for. It's been over a month since I ordered these items and the fact that they havent even been shipped out or processed is ridiculous. This is a violation of the policy that the company states to allow 1-2 weeks for processing. I did allow that, now where is my stuff? I would also like the company to reach out to me and explain why it took so long. I payed for these items, I should receive them. I just want my money back or my items shipped to m.
