Dear Officer(s)Thank you for your attention. Yes, We did sold a gift card on Dec2016. But that was not the one we sold. This lady came in with a flyer had a number on it. If we did sell that kind of of gift card, just a flyer with a number then anyone could come in get a
massage said that's their gift card. How could we protect our business? We called that day. Police came in later. They didn't say we made a mistake gave her wrong gift cards. But since we don't have return policy with gift cards. We offered them service even we believe that's not our fault. I am rejecting this response because: My friend was the  first who called the police on  that day.  While we were waiting for the police, they called someone as they said was their lawyer ,who  advised them to call the police. All of the calls can be verified. Secondary, police officer spoke with them and us separately. I have no idea what the police officer told them, but I exactly know what he told me and my friend. He said that  he feels like they screwed up, but because gift cards are non-refundable, there was nothing he couldn't do about it. Then he gave an option to file a small claim in a small claims court. Thank you for trying to solve this issue.
