Have you figured out the secret to getting our products? I've always been the type to shy away and not support the BOB because of poor professionalism.
Started supporting them around the time they opened, but then, I started noticing the lies and nonexistent USPS scans they were creating. I love supporting BOBs but, when PayPal kicked them off of their platform, combined with a plethora of negative reviews, I knew they were no good. Figured they were just taking the money and cresting the tracking numbers on their own but not actually delivering the goods to USPS.
Sad how we try to support and they disappoint.
Several Emails requesting status; never answered.
Request for money back; ignored.
I was robbed of my money.
This is border line theft.
Either you kindly refund me my money or do business the right way and mail me my shirt

Order not received after 20 days
I ordered an item of of refreshed collection. The company took the money out of my account after minutes of the order. I ordered the item on 01/19/2020. It is 02/06/2020 and I still haven't received my item. Their website says 7-10 business days. At this time it been over 15 business days and the item still has not shipped. This is completely unacceptable but you have had my money for over 20 days. I e-mailed the company three times, and made comments on their instagram page with no response. This is not how a business should operate. My item number RF# XXXXX I paid $53.30 and I paid via my personal checking account. I see why the company doesn't accept Paypal. I would have requested my money back. They have definitely lost me as a customer, and I have been telling my friends and family to not order from them
I would like the item I paid for, and I would it in a timely manner.

We have recently been notified of this claim due to inaccuracy of email address with Revdex.com correspondence.
We have investigated this matter thoroughly and strongly dispute this complaint.
Based on our records this order was cancelled and refunded in full due to customer's blatant disregard and lack of comprehension of shipment times and delivery schedules.
Order Cancellation email confirming FULL REFUND was sent to the customer several weeks ago.

I never requested a refund. They only refunded my money due to the complaint I file with the Revdex.com and Georgia State Attorney's general. The company and now trying to pass *** buck as if it's my fault. Horrible Company and Horrible business practices!!!!

We have noticed an inconsistency with ***' initial claim and latest response.
Customer initially stated, "they would have requested a refund if their order was placed through Payal".
However, upon learning their order had proactively been cancelled and refunded in full prior to their complaint, their argument changed and they stated explicitly "they never requested a refund".
We are unclear what the customer is requesting at this juncture. It appears the customer is focused on personal opinions whereas we have objectively provided facts confirming there is no outstanding order.
Their order has been cancelled and refunded and we firmly believe this matter should be closed.

The company refunded my money after I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com.org and the Attorney General of the State of Georgia. The company was not being proactive and refunding my money due unreasonable shipping expectations. The company is scam artist. I email them four times and left a voicemail message before getting the Revdex.com or Attorney General involved. I never mention PayPal as a payment method. I stated they do not use PayPal so you can't get your money back if you have issues with an order. I can't believe this company is in business. Bunch of scammers

I originally purchased a sweater on 12/16/19, and today is 1/15/20, and I still have not gotten the item that I purchased. I had reached out numerous times and all I keep on getting is the run around by these folks. I had also asked if I don't get my order I want a full refund and they are just avoid all my questions. These folks should NOT be in business if they are going to take people's money and not deliver. I have tons of emails proving all this information.
