Review: We ordered refractory bricks from Refractory Depot. They accepted the purchase order and received payment in advance for the product. They failed to provide the product. We have it in writing from them that they are considering the order cancelled and will return our money, but are now refusing to do so.Desired Settlement: We would like our money returned to us as cash or a certified check.
