As a rep. of Reform Auto inc. Customer service is at a premium, at all 4 locations, if the the listed customer misunderstood that we charge a $90 flat rate to diagnose vehicles thats something we cant fix, In her own statement she even states that its a fee to "look at her vehicle" But ownership has...

agreed to comply with the customers demand of 45 dollar refund, as long as the listed customer agrees to have this baseless complaint removed and as it never happeded. ....We will refunded the customer 45 dollars.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
