Reflections Salon and Spa

Review: This women destroyed my hair, over-charged me and gave me chemical burns. I was quoted at 55.00 for color and cut (which I thought was a great deal). When I arrived I showed her the picture of what I wanted. I told her I have left my hair alone for 6 months trying to make it healthy and absolutely no bleach (I told her no bleach three times). When she finished I left the salon in tears and in shock. My hair had been bleached and turned the same color as Ronald Macdonald and had huge dark roots showing everywhere. On top of that parts of my head had been shaved and had chemical burns. I told her she had ruined my hair and I was going to have to pay someone else to fix it, that there was no way I can go to work with my hair like that. I also noticed her price for color was 55.00 and cut 20.00, I was charged 90.00 - 35.00 over what I was quoted and 15.00 more then the listed price! I do not believe she has a license and I left in pain and with ruined hair.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund and this women investigated.
