We are very unhappy with the service that we received from Reflections Memorials, Our experience was a complete nightmare, I ordered a monument on February 5, 2017, I was promised a delivery date of May 20, 2017, I was told it was being held up in customs, then I was given a delivery date of June 2017, A family member went to talk to Callie and was given the run around, she told them it was being polished and finished and they could not see it, upon arrival in Memphis, I sent several text, emails and made numerous calls, she did not respond, On June 22, a family member went to talk to her, she was told that Callie was out of the office, she eventually called and gave all kinds of lies and excuses, blaming others for her errorsfinally on July I received an email from her saying the headstone was ready, I was going to be travelling to Memphis and asked if the monument could be installed on July 22, after numerous calls, she finally agreed to the date, we had set a time and

Reflections monument operates in deceptive practicesWe went to purchase a headstone for my mother's gravesite in March of this year (2017)We paid the total cost in full on site including an installation and delivery feeWe were told that they were running a little behind on installations and it will be approximately weeksWe agreed, thanked the owner's wife Callie (who was the one who assisted us) and then left the businessAs of today August 21, the headstone still has not been deliveredEach time we have called to check on things, the unprofessional, incompetent staff says that we owe an additional $dollarsI asked why because we paid everything that she told us we owedShe then says we owe it to the cemeteryAfter speaking with the cemetery, we were told that they have had many problems with that particular monument companyThey purposely leave off that fee in an effort to make their prices appear to be lower than other monument companiesThe monument company
